Tech911 is an IT, AI and tech support company based in Boca Raton, Florida. Founded in 2024 by a team with 30+ years of hands-on IT experience, we help businesses and homeowners get more out of their technology with friendly, expert support from real people, in English and Spanish.

We support laptops and desktops, phones and tablets, printers, networks and Wi-Fi, firewalls and VPNs, Microsoft 365, email migrations, onboarding and offboarding, and data backup. Whether you need a one-time fix or a partner to look after your technology month after month, we show up, listen, solve the problem and explain what happened in plain language.

We also build custom AI, from agentic automation to vision AI, that takes routine work off your team's plate. For accounting and tax firms we cover busy season uptime, multi-factor sign-in, tested backups and the safeguards their written security plan calls for. For managed service providers and IT teams, we build and run the platforms they use to look after their machines.

Support is onsite across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties and remote nationwide, at rates more affordable than the national providers. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with 24/7 emergency support.
