Olive & Sea, a stunning rooftop Mediterranean restaurant on the Intracoastal Waterway, invites guests to savor a curated three-course prix fixe tasting menu during Visit Lauderdale’s Dine Out Lauderdale, available Saturday, August 1 through Wednesday, September 30. The limited-time menu is available Sunday through Thursday from 5pm–10pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm–11pm and includes a choice of: First Course: Crispy Zucchini, with whipped feta stuffed squash blossom, tzatziki, pistachio dukkha and hot honey Olive & Sea Burrata and Compressed Watermelon, with heirloom tomato, basil and pomegranate molasses Second Course: Crispy Chicken Schnitzel with arugula-herb and tomato confit salad and lemon caper brown butter Roasted Salmon with English pea and mint puree, crispy potatoes and preserved lemon beurre blanc Third Course: Baklava Chocolate Crunch Cake Reservations can be made at www.oliveandseaftl.com/reservations and are strongly encouraged.
